Complaints
Complaints, withdrawal, and direct-settlement review.
Use this route when you want AirReclaim to review a service concern, withdrawal request, direct airline settlement, privacy issue, payout question, or escalation concern.

Key points
- Complaints are routed for human review.
- Withdrawal and direct-settlement requests are reviewed against the active terms.
- Automation may be paused while a complaint or dispute is open.
When to use complaints
Use the complaints route for dissatisfaction with service, delay, support, document handling, fee explanation, direct-settlement review, withdrawal, payout, privacy handling, or escalation concerns.
What to include
Include your case number if available, the email used for the claim, a clear summary, relevant airline messages or payment details, and the outcome you are asking AirReclaim to review. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents by unsecured channels.
Withdrawal review
AirReclaim reviews whether withdrawal is available based on claim stage, authorization, airline submission, recovered funds, direct settlement, and applicable terms. AirReclaim may explain remaining obligations or close the claim when appropriate.
Direct settlement review
If the airline pays you directly, gives a voucher, offers a settlement, or asks you to bypass AirReclaim, report it promptly. AirReclaim reviews whether a service fee, invoice, claim closure, or further action applies.
Response and records
AirReclaim records complaint handling for audit. Complex privacy, payout, legal, or provider issues may need escalation to the relevant operations, legal, finance, or engineering owner.
