How our fee works
One fee. 25%. Only if you get paid.
No upfront cost, no subscription required, and no surprise deductions. You see the estimated compensation, our fee, and what lands in your account before you authorize anything.
25%
Our service fee
On a €600 claim, you keep €450.
Real claim outcomes
Reviews are invited only after a completed payout.
Human moderation
Public consent and moderation are required.
No invented rating
We show no score until a genuine review corpus exists.
Two ways to pay
Most people use no win, no fee. We take 25% of what we recover and nothing if we recover nothing. AirReclaim Plus removes the service fee on covered claims.
No win, no fee
- 25% service fee, VAT included where applicable
- Charged only from compensation we recover
- €0 if the claim does not succeed
- Fee shown before you authorize us
AirReclaim Plus
From €29.99 per year
- No service fee on covered claims
- Fast payouts on eligible disruptions
- Cover must start before the disruption
- Membership conditions apply
Some countries and routes have local rules that change how a claim is handled. Anything that affects your fee is confirmed in writing before you authorize us.

The fee covers the whole claim, start to finish.
Our 25% covers everything between your first check and the money arriving: verifying your flight, assembling the evidence file, submitting the claim, and handling the airline's response.
Airlines may reject valid claims on the first attempt. Rebuttals, deadline tracking, and escalation decisions are handled by a specialist and included in the same fee.

Every situation where the money moves differently.
These are the cases most claim companies leave in the small print. Here they are in plain language, before you decide.
Airlines sometimes pay or send vouchers straight to the passenger after we have started work. Tell us when that happens. Our service fee may still apply to the amount you received because the work was already done. We invoice it separately only where the agreed terms allow.

Services that are always free
The eligibility check, the compensation estimate, and any claim that does not result in recovered compensation are free of charge.
Service fee
Where we recover compensation for you, the service fee is 25% of the recovered amount, inclusive of VAT where applicable. It is deducted from the recovered compensation. There is no separate signing, administration, or file-opening fee.
No upfront payment
You never pay before compensation is recovered. If nothing is recovered, no service fee is due.
Escalation and legal steps
Standard escalation, including rebuttals, regulator or authority referral, and alternative dispute resolution, is included in the service fee. If a claim would require court proceedings or a legal partner, we set out the terms, consents, and costs in advance. That step proceeds only with your agreement.
Direct settlement by the airline
If the airline pays you, credits you, or issues vouchers directly after we have begun work, report it from your payout page or to support. We review whether a service fee applies to that amount under the terms you accepted and invoice it separately where permitted.
Payout, currency, and bank charges
We pay you the recovered amount minus our service fee. Compensation is normally paid in euro. Exchange rates and receiving-bank charges applied by your bank or an intermediary are outside our control, and we do not add charges of our own on top.
VAT
The service fee is stated inclusive of VAT where VAT applies. Your invoice records the VAT treatment based on your country of residence.
Membership
AirReclaim Plus members do not pay the service fee on covered claims. Membership fees and cover conditions are set out on the AirReclaim Plus page and apply only where cover started before the disruption.
Changes to these terms
We may update these fee terms. The version that applies to your claim is the one in force when you authorize us, and it is recorded with your authorization.
Questions about the fee
It is deducted from the compensation we recover, so you do not transfer money to us. You receive the net amount.
See your number before you decide anything.
