AirReclaim is an independent private service operated by Nova Group Sp. z o.o. It is not an Airline, airport, court, government body, regulator, national enforcement body, aviation authority or official passenger-rights portal.
You may submit a flight-compensation claim directly to the Airline without using AirReclaim and without paying AirReclaim's 25% amount.
Two service routes
AirReclaim uses two route-specific service models.
Full Ownership Route
The passenger signs a separate Assignment transferring the defined monetary compensation Claim to Nova Group Sp. z o.o. Nova then pursues the Claim as legal claimant where lawful.
The passenger receives 75% of Recovered Compensation. Nova retains 25%, inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Passenger-First Route
The passenger retains ownership and personally completes legally required submissions. AirReclaim assesses the Claim, prepares documents, drafts correspondence, provides submission instructions and tracks progress.
Where Compensation is recovered, a 25% Service Fee is payable under the accepted Terms.
The route shown before signature depends on claim and jurisdiction facts. It is not determined solely by IP address or nationality.
No guaranteed recovery
A checker result, Assignment, Authorization, claim acceptance, Airline response pattern or authority complaint does not guarantee:
- legal eligibility;
- Airline liability;
- acceptance of an Assignment;
- payment;
- amount;
- timing; or
- a binding authority decision.
An authority complaint may lead to guidance, investigation or enforcement, but may not produce an individual payment order. ADR or court action may still be required.
No law-firm relationship
AirReclaim is not a law firm. General website information is not individualized legal advice.
Where court proceedings or regulated representation are appropriate, AirReclaim may use a qualified external professional or require a separate arrangement. Automatic court escalation is not included at launch.
Scope
Unless expressly accepted, AirReclaim handles statutory monetary flight compensation. Ticket refunds, care expenses, baggage claims, insurance, personal injury and package-travel claims are outside the standard scope.
