About AirReclaim

A transparent recovery workflow for disrupted airline passengers.

AirReclaim exists for passengers who do not want a vague lead form or a black-box claim process. The service starts with a preliminary check, then shows the evidence, authorization, airline response, escalation path, and payout state in one place.

Secure AirReclaim claim review workspace with authorization and privacy panels.

Key points

  • Focused first on EC261 and UK261 disrupted-flight compensation.
  • No public win-rate or recovered-total claims until real audited data exists.
  • Human review stays in the loop for eligibility, escalation, payouts, and complaints.

Customer claim intake

AirReclaim supports customer claim intake through the account, support, complaints, and GDPR workflows. Any future operating-entity, billing, or paid-provider change will be reviewed before publication.

Operating model

AirReclaim combines structured intake, document review, authorization, airline submission, response monitoring, and human-reviewed escalation. Automation supports operations, but legal-sensitive actions are gated by evidence, authorization, approved templates, and reviewer controls.

Trust posture

The product is intentionally cautious: eligibility is preliminary until reviewed, compensation is separated from refunds and expenses, fees are shown before authorization, and escalation is explained before any sensitive next step.

Current claim scope

AirReclaim focuses on EC261 and UK261 passenger compensation for delays, cancellations, denied boarding, and missed connections. Refund-only requests, expenses, baggage, package travel, rail, ferry, and personal injury claims are outside the current claim service.

You will see an estimate, fee math, and review flags before AirReclaim asks for a full claim file.
