AirReclaim referral program terms

Effective 23 July 2026.

1. The program is available to signed-in AirReclaim customers who activate their own link.
2. The reward is EUR 20 or GBP 20, fixed at activation. The referred customer receives no discount, and the referral never changes their fee or compensation.
3. A reward can arise only from a new customer's first eligible claim after compensation has actually been paid. One booking or disruption can produce no more than one reward.
4. The limit is 10 successful referrals in a rolling 12 months. Self-referral, fabricated claims, duplicates, paid distribution of codes, and attempts to evade limits are prohibited.
5. Every reward is subject to at least a 7-day review and manual finance approval. AirReclaim may hold or cancel a reward where there is a reasonable fraud concern.
6. AirReclaim does not collect a friend's email address and does not send invitations on a participant's behalf. The participant decides how to share their link.
7. Tax and reporting duties depend on the participant's circumstances and jurisdiction. AirReclaim will confirm the required process before the first reward is issued.
