Service model
ClaimWise is planned as a managed passenger recovery service. It is not presented as a law firm, legal advice provider, or autonomous legal agent.
Eligibility
Checker results are preliminary. Compensation depends on applicable passenger-rights rules, flight facts, airline responsibility, documents, and review.
Fees
ClaimWise shows an estimated service fee before authorization. Final success fee, legal escalation fee, withdrawal rules, and direct airline settlement terms must be approved before the service is offered.
Escalation
Rebuttals, ADR, regulator, legal partner, or court-related steps should be human-reviewed and handled under reviewed terms.
